Policy
- If you miss it, you miss it. Individual make-ups offered at my discretion and are not guaranteed. When paying tuition, you are committing to a very specific day and time each week—-it’s your choice to use that time or not. As make-up slots are limited, prioritize wisely as you might not be able to make up every missed lesson.
- However, life is not predictable. Therefore, Individual lesson Make-ups are offered as a courtesy for only the unforeseen circumstances of life such as illness, family emergency and deaths.
- Due to limited availability, if you cancel or miss your makeup slot , it will NOT be rescheduled unless everyone else is caught up or, spaces are available during august makeup week.
- As group classes are billed at the same rate as the individual lesson, you may attend an extra group class to satisfy a makeup lesson.
- All makeups will need to be held prior to the end of the studio year each August. Refund or tuition credit are not offered for lessons that can’t be not made up due to lack family availability.

August Make-up Week
During this week, if you have a makeup credit you will attend at your normal lesson time. If you have additional credits you can schedule multiple lessons during this week. If you have no credits, you’ll have a longer break between summer and fall quarters, or you can schedule an extra lesson for a fee. However, priority goes to families needing makeups.
