Our studio runs on a tuition model (not a fee per lesson model). Tuition fees cover more than your individual or group lesson. Therefore, tuition will not be reduced for missed lessons or group classes—even if you know you’ll miss in advance. Make-up lessons are offered at my discretion for individual lessons only. Use all makeup up credits by the end of August as they don’t roll over and are not credited to future lessons. No makeups/credits are offered for missed group classes. No refunds for any reason.
Forms of Payment
- Cash & check are much appreciated to avoid payment processing fees.
- If paying by cash/check bring payment to lessons before or on the due date to avoid the $30 late fee. Make checks out to Westminster Suzuki Strings.
- All card payments are collected through PayPal.
Late Fee
Because advanced notice is given regarding tuition amount and due date, a $30 late fee will be applied to all payments not made by or on the due date. Ex. If tuition is due May 4th, late fees are collected starting May 5th.
