Summer Lesson Scheduling

SUMMER REGISTRATION DUE BY: Monday, April 13th.
SUMMER TUTION DUE BY: Monday, May 4th. Cash or check appreciated.
Tuition fees: 30 min: $524 60 min $854. Small groups $60/summer. Fee is per child.
Summer quarter: June 1st- August 13th
BIG GROUP CLASS: will meet as usual. Wednesday 4:30 pm. 6/10, 7/8, 8/12.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES: Will be offered afternoon/evening. Morning classes offered with enough interest. Times to be decided. Dates: 6/3, 6/17, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5
Make-up week: August 17–20th. Only attend if you have make-up credits.
Closed for breaks: June 22—July 5th, August 24–Labor Day.

REFERRAL PROGRAM: Refer a friend to the studio. When they enroll for summer lessons, you’ll receive a tuition discount. They will need to tell me that you referred them.

TAKING A BREAK: As we are a year-round studio, families continue lessons over the summer months. If you choose not to enroll for summer, you will lose your spot in the studio. You’re welcome to try to re-enroll come fall. However, you’ll need to choose from open lesson slots, if any as current and new families will be scheduled first.

INCREASING LESSON TIME: If you’d like to increase your lesson time from 30 minutes to 60, let me know. Tuition does increase for longer individual lesson slots.

PRIORITY SCHEDULING: Families who will keep their current time slot for summer, will be placed on the schedule first in addition to families increasing their lesson time to 60 minutes. Followed by families who would like to change lesson times.

MORNING LESSONS OFFERED: IF there is enough interest, morning lessons will be offered Tuesday/Thursday. If offered this summer, I can’t guarantee morning lessons next school year.

  • If you select a morning lesson and need to hold your current afterschool time slot for fall (September) a non-refundable deposit of $150 is due with summer tuition. Deposit will be applied to fall tuition.
  • If you choose not to enroll come fall the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you need a different fall time slot than the one you’re holding, but can’t find anything available due to your schedule changing, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If no deposit is paid, your afterschool time slot will not be held and is open for other families to choose as their permanent time slot.
